ADA Clay Rare mark pottery blue/green glazed clay lotus leaf plate

USPS is same day or 1 day. blue / green glazed yellow colored clay lotus leaf lily pad plates with a mystery mark - an M with a crown or flower over it with PAT. APP FOR within a circle on it. I've tried to research this mark and I believe the clay is ada but I can't identify any potteries starting with the letter M using the mark.
