ACT I Vintage Party Dress

This is a fabulous, like new, circa 1980's party dress. The garment features heavily embroidered elast bodice, puffy sleeve, zipper back, adjustable button short sleeves and a large bow at the hip reminisceant of that time. Relaxed bust measures 34", length is 49" from shoulder. Padded shoulder and gathered skirt.
