maddiehoward371 @mightyaphroditi 21” pit too pit. And I’m not sure what shoulder to hem is. But I’m also 5”9 and weight 142 and if fits me loose but just right. It doesn’t hug me and it sets right above my belly button. When I raise my hand it goes abt under my bra area.
