Blazer has 2 conchos with beaded tassels on both sides of chest. Blazer is lightweight and has no stretch. Skirt is a true wrap skirt and can be midi to maxi length depending on height. Skirt also has a concho on waistband. Skirt is shorter in the front and longer at back. Waistband is elastic in the back only. Measurements are provided in pictures.
