Super cute navy dress with sheer overlay. Sleeves are open shoulder then meet at about the middle of the arm then open again and meet at the cuff where there are 3 navy “pearl” like buttons. This dress looks amazing paired with simple heels or strapped Sandler’s you can definitely dress it up or down. Worn for one event.
