ABS semi formal floral cocktail dress

This dress is in like new condition. It was worn once as a guest to a wedding. The bottom hem stitching allows it to have some movement at the knee instead of laying flat. Picture attached. It does not have a direct size tag on it, but the person wearing it was a typical 6 with a C/D cup.
