No rips or tears but has very light spotting on the front, almost unnoticeable (look closely at pictures). 100% cotton. Made in India. 26-inch waist and 7.5-inch inseam. Blue, green, and white plaid with a button and zipper closure. Machine was cold with lime colors, tumble dry low.
