Tag is too washed out to see exact percentages of the material but it feels like spandex and polyester. It is very stretchy. 30.5 inch length from top of waist band down 16 inch waist (lying flat) There’s some fraying in the sticking at the backside of the waist. Not very noticeable, can be stitched up easily.
