A very vintage piece of jewelry Enamled and signed

I we’ll gladly add 2 stones but I did not want to do that for the collectors out there. Piece is signed Dior10’S. I wish I could tell you more I have had for about thirty years I remember that one designer did a whole jewelry set on pyramids and the people who lived there. But anyway I have some clients who we’ll want this and we’ll make a lovely piece out of it.
