cherylvh1 ok, with the first button buttoned, it measures 17".

cherylvh1 @tjahles12 I went back and measured it from pit to pit from behind and it measured 22". that may be more accurate. It is a man's jacket, so it's not really small. If you are a 36B or C, it would fit you. No pressure, of course, just wanted to clarify.
