It is a black knee high skirt with different pink fusia flowers on it the tag says size large but it fits like a medium or small I don't see why a small size person couldn't fit it good its got a lil ruffle at bottom it may come past ur knees if your short It has a elastic stretchy band waist 100%polyester Looks new only worn a few times no blemishes or tears or rips
