A pair of Nike Air Visi Pro 4 sneakers

I brought these last year they were worn once. I got the wrong size??. I took the insoles out and changed the shoe strings. The is no damage to the sneaker, just a little dirt at the bottom because they were worn. (EUR 38 is what it says on the sneaker when it comes to size) I am willing to trade or accept an offer.
