A new day white ruffle dress

A new day white Ruffle mini dress (xs) (tts) {bust/armpit to armpit measurement is roughly 12 inches flat in the front was slightly hard to measure due to the Ruffle part haha} {the Ruffle part is 11.5 inches flat in length} {dress length from the shoulder to the bottom is 30 inches} In decent worn condition (very small cosmetic marks—pictured on the Ruffle part) only worn once or twice! Otherwise, it is in good shape! *No longer available at Target (dress is from last year!)
