A colorful long sleeve blouse

I've never worn it, my mom bought it for me. It's very colorful. If you notice, the sleeves have slits in them all the way down before getting to the wrist. It's also longer in the back than the front and the back has a cut out in the center. The colors are green, orange, yellow and white or maybe cream.
