A beautiful painting

This is definitely a Peace of work. I'm not sure it's a real painting. It has written on bottom a name I can't make out. Then under handwriting, It say memorie of life.about 20 in long and across is about same across. A very beauful picture. Some small little scratches can't barely see I'm sure they might be able to buff out
