A White House black market size 4 jacket

This is a really cute little jacket. It does have discoloring on the collar. Do not know if it’s supposed to be there or not don’t think so and on the back it does have two little spots that are lighter than the color of the jacket, but I really don’t think they would show much at all, please see picture the sleeves are made with lace made in Vietnam
