A Vegetable Soup Silk Purse

Just about every color you'd want to wear are in this knit/crocheted bag. Someone hand-made it, but not I. It takes people who are skillful and creative, and it takes people like me who buy their artistry! The bag has a solidly gold chain with a 15 inch drop (no clasp). It's definitely a dress-up shoulder bag. There's not much room inside, so perhaps your keys and a lipstick. The measurements are 6 inches tall and 7 1/2 inches wide. It closes by hooking a crocheted small strap over a gold tassel ornament in the middle of the front. You can see how it works in photo #1. It's lined in a pink silky fabric. I turned it inside out to check on the handiwork and found a 1-inch spot on the inside where the stitching has pulled loose. It would simply need tacking down (rudimentary sewing). Very soft material to the touch and definitely an eye-grabber.
