This is  a cool vintage cookbook titled A Taste of Mexico by Home Economics Teachers of California, Nevada and Arizona. Everything from appetizers and dips to desserts. As you would expect from a group of teachers, the book is super organized, with a table of contents and a nice index. Recipes include submitter's name, city and state. VINTAGE: 1997 SIZE: 160 pages BINDING: plastic comb CONDITION:  spiral intact and tight. A very tiny bit of wear on cover corners and edge, pages have darkened very slightly, otherwise no detected issues stains, rips, writing or missing pages. Please see photos. Pet and smoke free home.
