ccie @emmygaye hello, I added more pics so you can see the top interior. Padding is sewn in, not removable. Bikini top band Measures 34” across, lying flat. Will stretch to ~36.5 across, lying flat. Rise 15” Bottom waist measures 32” across, lying flat. Will stretch to ~ 34.5” I think this is a true 18W since the bikini will probably stretch another inch more once it gets wet.
