@dbstyles 💔 My Mom had Fibromyalgia. The pain is real.
Oct 14Reply

dbstyles
@zev4u_lexx_luvr Oh sorry to hear that! Yes it is painful along with the other illnesses I live with on a daily basis; hypothyroidism, missing left thyroid and 3 nodules on right, very small tumor on my pituitary glad, fibro, ulcers, IBS, immune & vitamin deficiencies, chronic migraines, chronic depression, ADD, anxiety, PTSD, & insomnia. Well thats what docs have found and diagnosed me with over the past few years. I'm glad I found Poshmark to help keep me moving more! Thanks for sharing!

@dbstyles Oh, that DOES sound a lot like the long list my Mom was given by specialists. I think fibromyalgia brings along other types issues! She had soooo many painful problems holding her back! 😘 Poshmark helps!

@zev4u_lexx_luvr :-) Ya, its very interesting how our bodies work. :-)

I feel for u hunny , i have almost every symptom u described , not easy ! Pituitary is the main cause of it all ! I hope u have a good dr !!!!! I will pray for u
Oct 20Reply

dbstyles
@sarahh05 Thanks!!! I'll pray for you too! Ya its no fun, the past 3 almost 4 years have been hell, but still try to smile through it all... Been through soooo many doctors... Resigned from my job recently just so i can somewhat start to feel semi-normal again. :-)
Oct 20Reply

sarahh05
@dbstyles my job drives me crazier than normal too ! I thank God i have a good dr , she listens to me , and i do almost all of my own reserch . Look up liw dose naltrexone , dr kent holtorf ,he is the worlds leading endocrinologist out of canada, but he has all kinds of info for pts and drs , although most dr do not go by his protcol, for starters it works !
Oct 20Reply

dbstyles
@sarahh05 Cool! Thanks for the info! Ya i always look up stuff too and ask my docs to try this test or try this med, etc. But nothing has really helped much, and have had so many infections this past year and taking a lot of antibiotics... its crazy!
Oct 20Reply

sarahh05
@dbstyles its because ur immune system is so low , i have been there too , do they have u on T3 for thyroid ?
Oct 20Reply

sarahh05
@dbstyles please feel free to ask any question ,i have tons of knowledge! I still can be fine 1 min and health goes the next and i have to take my bed ,but for the most part im doing better and better . Look that stuff up , its very cool info . Good luck .
Oct 20Reply

dbstyles
@sarahh05 No, the stupid Endo i went to just goes strictly by my test results and doesn't take in account my test results are up and down and in-between for T3, T4, TSH, etc., so she hasn't placed me on anything, even though my symptoms are crazy and everything else affecting my body! so then i dumped her around a year ago and started blood work and ultrasounds with my internal med doc, but she is just as clueless, so i found another doc recently, so I'm going to see what this one can offer.
Oct 20Reply

dbstyles
@sarahh05 Thanks so much! Ya its not cool to live and go through all this that many of us do, but it is always nice to meet other people dealing with the same thing and offering advice. Thanks again! God bless you! Keep on Smiling! :-)

sarahh05
@dbstyles dont u just hate when ur treated like a cookie cutter !!!!! Oh drives me to crazy ! Look up dr kent holtorf ,or just google drs who follow dr kent holtorf protocol, should be someone in ur area or close to u !!!!! U got to get u some help before u feel hopeless ! I am going to give u my email , just email me ,we stay in touch , i will pray and see what God says u might need . sarahickman33@gmail.com

dbstyles
@sarahh05 Thanks so very much!!! I will look up this week and i also have a reference to another doc and im hoping i can get in sooner than later because it seems that good docs are always booked out 3 months or more! Boo, but at least that gives me time to gather my past doctor & test info for the new doc. :-) Thanks again! :-)

gimmecoffee
@dbstyles Im right there with ya! I need to go back to work, yet I dont know how I can possibly work 40+ hrs a week 😯 I guess baby steps and prayer 👍💚
Oct 23Reply

dbstyles
@gimmecoffee Ya its been a struggle but glad I'm able to stay home with the kids, take care of myself and make a little money from Posh to help feed my family! Otherwise i don't know what id do... Daycare costs an arm and a leg every month for 2 kids, even just for 1 kid, and when all said and done more than half your pay or half your pay is gone, a stranger is raising your kids, and less time with your family = No thank you in my book. :-)
Oct 23Reply

dbstyles
@gimmecoffee And yes when i worked 50+ hours it was especially a very very very huge struggle when dealing with all these symptoms of my illnesses and constantly getting sick and have infections... Not fun at all!!!
Oct 23Reply

dbstyles
@gimmecoffee But you just put a smile on and go about your life as though nothing can destroy you... :-) :-D

@dbstyles 👍😘😃 Thank you!

@dbstyles I totally understand! I have been fired from a couple jobs for my illnesses. Ive been on SSDI for 7 years, but now with child support gone, I have to go back to work. Im excited to return to work, but this time will i will be very choosy who I work for! And My 19 yr old still lives at home lol 😷😕 So happy to meet someone who has the same issues I do. (You have your hands full girl!)
Oct 23Reply

dbstyles
@gimmecoffee It has been nice meeting others and hearing their stories! i realized what i could handle and couldn't handle anymore on a daily basis. It was hard to come to terms with but i am who i am now and deal with what I've been dealt. I will return to work after my baby starts school but I'm not sure what i will to do or can do when that time comes too, i really enjoyed my job a lot and it saddens me that i couldn't function to do it to its fullest! Good Luck finding a decent Employer!

Oct 28Reply

dbstyles
@pbooth Thanks for the info, how much does it cost? I cant afford much at all, I'm lucky i can find coupons for all the vitamins i already take on a daily basis.
Oct 28Reply

pbooth
I can't get all of the info on here. Take a look @ Le-Vel on FB and you can look at my site pbooth..le-vel.com

Im going through the same thing and some other crap on top of it. :( Hope u feel better.
Oct 31Reply

dbstyles
@sarahgrizzel Thanks! Same to you too! :-) Take care of yourself and don't forget to smile, even if we have nothing to smile about. :-) I always think it will get a little better somehow, even if this is as good as it gets, then i have to live with the fact that this is me now and that's it! :-) Life's a roller coaster, full of ups, downs and arounds, life would be boring with out those bumps in the road. :-) Good luck to you!

sarahgrizzel
Thank you. You too! :)
