A Prabal Gurung / Target, Lace & Pleather Blouse.

A Prabal Gurung for Target, black button down blouse size large. It has a faux leather collar and pretty lace on the front and back. It is machine washable and may be ironed, instructions on label. I really liked this online and Target was running out of sizes, so I bought this large, unfortunately it does not work on me so, I am finally selling.
