A Positive Attitude Midi-dress, layered in two pieces: The skirt portion is a tank dress but the bodice is like a lining, not meant to be worn alone. The top is like a tee shirt, to be worn over the dress. It could also be worn alone as a top. The label says 100% Rayon, but the upper part of the under-dress feels like polyester or something else. The colors are pretty fall colors, rust-reddish orange, with artistic floral "drawings". Under-dress zips in back Probably vintage 90s?
