Fabric: 100% Rayon Color: White & Dark Navy/Blackish Blue Stripe * Elastic waistband at sides * Tie belt to front or back side * Side seam slouchy big pockets * Very lightweight & flowy * See photos for measurements * Skirt is in Great used condition ** EXCEPT ** There are fabric flaws as photos show - 1 on front of bottom skirt / 3 on back side of lower skirt. Looks like it was snagged onto something. Due to pattern & drape of skirt, I do not think is too noticeable!
