Bought at Target, the brand is 'A New Day'. This is a wrap dress, but it's sewn into place. Only wore this twice and there are 2 tiny belt loops but it did not come with a belt or anything to tie it with. Great condition. I'm 5'3 and this hits me a little higher than mid-calf.
