This Connected Apparel dress is a black velvet with sparkly swirls in an all over pattern. This is a pullover with a rounded v-neckline, cap sleeves, and a bodycon type of fit. This is 90% polyester and 10% spandex so it does have some good stretch to it. This piece also has shoulder pads. It is gorgeous and hard to get good pictures of. It is 21" from armpit to armpit and 42" from shoulder to hem. This is a piece that could be used for prom, the opera, date night, and many other formal events.
