A. Byer Ruffled Sleeveless Halter Neck Tie Back Top

Preowned, Excellent Condition, one owner (me). Gorgeous dark chocolate brown with teal and light/dark shades of taupe and olive green. Liner throughout in a stretchy fabric. 3-rows of wavy ruffles trimmed with a satin-like edge run vertically down the front. Looks so pretty layered under a short, open jacket! Easy on/off with side zipper and tie at the back of a halter neck. I believe the date on the garment tag is 0711 (July 2011) which sounds correct since it has been hanging in my closet a long time, worn probably 2 or 3 times. Labeled Size Large, but fits more like a Small to Medium, so I have listed as Size S-M. Please see pictures for approximate flat measurements and your best fit.
