A Black Summer Pullover Blouse

A nice little simple black blouse/top that will go with just about anything. The body of the top drapes from a swooping yoke. There is black satin ribbon hanging from the front yoke. There are two of them, one inside and one outside. I am not sure how they are to be used, took a pic with them tied. It is 100 percent polyester. It is used, but gently worn.
