A 2 Piece Summer Blouse and Skirt Set

I believe this may be a lovely vintage set. All I can find online about the brand Lorac Original a divisy of Lady Carol, says it is a vintage brand, union made in USA, in 60s, 70s and 80 s. It is missing one button at bottom, need to replace all of them, probably black would look great. No size tag, but I believe it to be XL or 16. It is a jaunty, silky print.
