Jasper bead choker cocktail bling bib necklace & earrings

A curved shiny metal tube with long hanging bling is strung with jasper beads and crystal to create an exotic cocktail necklace; it has complementary earrings on hypoallergenic wires. The necklace measures 15.75 inches and I am happy to add (or subtract) length at no extra charge.
