9x12 Original Acrylic Painting "Abby"

Square faced ladies came from the inspiration that all woman are forced into boxes, by society and in turn we inevitably do to ourselves. So I wanted to show that even though we are forced to act a certain way, this should not contain us. I wanted to continue painting women but incorporate Wings since they seem so hard to do, but I always have to challenge myself! So this is my series of Square Faced Angels. Abby is not your typical angel, she loves steampunk and wants to get her hands dirty. She glows from all of that hard work! Here is "Abby" Each piece is hand painted and designed by me in my home in Western Nebraska. I am a self taught acrylic painter who started painting in 2016. This piece is 9x12; 3/4 inch wide; wired and ready to hang with hardware to ensure wall hanging. All edges are painted so you don't have to buy a frame. Thank you for stopping to look! 😀
