9seed cotton maxi dress

A ruffle tier maxi dress in 100% cotton. Open V-neck, frayed edge at collar. Cotton ties. fabric: 100% cotton hand wash cold, lay flat to dry made in the usa * please note the very small, light spots at the neckline and on the back- I didn’t notice them until photographing. This is a thin material, so there may be small pulls in the fabric, but none that I have noticed. Also makes a great swim coverup
