925 silver butterfly sapphire blue ring

Beautiful sparkly 7mm blue stone, probably cz but not certain, and tiny blue butterflies. Marked 925. Really pretty, I want this for myself but cannot keep everything and I have too much stuff. Size 9. New, had no tags. Will come in gift box but not box shown.
