moodtherapy @valcampos 20 gauge is standard...the size of a normal ear wire. They get thicker as they go up from there, but I'm willing to bet your a standard 20 gauge 😉

alisachojnacki What size would I need for a standard cartilage piercing? It was pierced along with a standard ear piercing so a regular earring back fits.

formigalinero @moodtherapy perfect! I believe it to be a 20 gage. The one I had in my ear for 20 years fell out and washed down the drain! I took it to have it measured and they said 20 but it seemed thicker to me. Please advise

moodtherapy @formigalinero hey doll, i think yoooou probably want 19 gauge (which i have) 19g is slightly thicker than 20g but its not so thick that it wont fit thru a normal hole.
