925 Sterling Silver Twisted Promise Ring

This ring is in fair condition, it is IBB 925 all sterling silver twisted with a gold overlay over the silver, there is some light fading of gold overlay on the band. It has small chipped diamonds in it, I’m not sure if it’s real was given to as a gift. This ring could be a promise ring or used to accent a a wedding ring.
