deanna_mason I already ordered this and I think three other items and have not received them? IDK what the holdup is but I ordered them at least four or five days ago and it just shows as manual ship and no arrival date. I would have hoped that you were more professional, because I was really looking forward to ordering more from you. now you send me an offer on something I already ordered and paid for??
