This is a: 925 Sterling Silver Faux Ruby Druzy White Stone Pink Stone Pendant I am not sure if the pink stone is genuine, but I think so. When you turn the pendant over, there is a tiny jewel inside of the pink and white stone. It may be hard to see in the photos. This is a very unique pendant.
