90’s/Y2K Pleated Floral Tied-Tunic, size S is my best guess, flowy! Amazing condition! girlies I’ve looked high and low for a descriptor of this online with no luck. It’s 90’s or 2000’s, newer paper tag, size 6. I think she’s a tunic or longer top, but could maybe be a miniii dress with tights if you style it right! Would love for her to find a new home!🌹
