90’s / y2k white summer skirt

max studio skirt, in a size small. it has floral embroidery and it gives the skirt great texture. the shell is 100% cotton and the lining is a part polyester and part rayon. the skirt sits on the waistline and the length hits a bit above the knee (on me who is about 5’4) from my mom’s closet, circa late 90’s early 2000’s. very pretty and classic summer piece that is coming back around to be trendy
