90's vintage reworked plaid punk goth rock n roll "f*ck no" wool mini skirt

high waisted plaid/tartan mini skirt. has a half peplum animal print panel with varying sizes of safety pins on either side, a floral/spotted print floral patch. has a rose and alphabet beads sewn on spelling "f*ck no" with hearts on either end. lined. skirt is wool. originally a pendleton piece but now a punk/rock/goth edgy moment! garment has some light wear but in otherwise great condition. tag size 10 or 30" waist SPOT TREAT ONLY (USE PRODUCTS AND METHODS SUITABLE WITH WOOL) & AIR DRY ONLY measurements taken with garment lying flat double where appropriate waist 15" hips 20" length 15.5" this item has been reworked by me. i am not a professional seamstress, so the seams are not serged and there are eccentricities (i.e. imperfect stitching).
