90s vintage patchwork button shift dress / Pangaea / Sz S-M / boho cottagecore

Good condtion vintage item, there are some marks on the front in the tan patches that kind of look like stains (see photos), but I think it’s part of the fabric. Hard to tell. Due to button placement near the bust, I would not recommend this to anyone with a full bust unless you plan to wear a cami underneath !
