Afternoon,
Are there any cracks, splits, worn coners, etc.. especially cracks in the patent near and or under this hinge points where the frame comes together - particularly in the deep folds of the patent?
What does Kelly style pocketbook measure as to L x H x W (bottom thickness, front to back, i.e., 2", 3", etc...)?
You say the manufacture era is the 90's. Did you buy this new back then or someone else you knew? Or is there a sale bill ffrom then? Can you make out the brand name ?

@lvps51 hi there, yes it has some tiny scratches on the side, this was not bought brand new. I bought this used “vintage” bad. The brand is called WAHMAN

I've done a bunch of searching and it looks to be that this was not a stand alone brand of pocketbook. Rather it was a "store" brand, i.e., private label done by one of the major manufactures that produced pocketbooks under their label.
The styling, quality of materials and construction is not that of what in the 90's thru this time period is called "vintage inspired", but rather is a vintage Kelly style (named for the Late Grace Kelly) handbag pocketbook from somewhere between the mid1950's

thru the late 1979. It's too bad this isn't cloth-lined, as my with loves vintage Kelly pocketbook and will only use those with a cloth interior.
