This is a 90s vintage formal dress by designer Giorgio di Sant’Angelo. This dress has a mesh over layer and a solid black under layer. it has vine designs all over the dress that are in gold glitter. It also has a triangular hem at the bottom of the dress for a whimsical look. This was handed down to me from my grandma and it has been kept in a dry cleaners bag since she had wore it years and years ago. It’s in perfect condition.
