90s vintage cream textured lightweight blouse

The cut and creased fabric create an elegant silhouette that I just love! This vintage blouse goes with flowy pants or it can be paired with a suit. The color panel and back buttons make me happy! Great condition, no flaws. It is a 14 and I am a size 4/6 on top, I like it to wear it oversized but it feels like a contemporary 10 or 12.
