90s style corduroy jumper dress NWOT

Length from shoulder to hem is 32”, waist is 16” and hips are 17” lying flat. Not much stretch at all. Absolutely flawless condition, new without tags. This would look amazing over a turtleneck or bodysuit, or even a crop top in the early summertime 💜
