☺90s striped mini dress

Kinda faded & well loved 90s mini dress is either a Youth L or adult small. Would look cute on a 10-12 year old. No tag, comfy t shirt material with 2 front pockets Last 2 pics are of the dress turned inside out. Loved this thing in my 90s youth. The following measurements taken lying flat: 30.5"in frm top of shoulder strap to hem 15"in bust 14.5"in waist 17-19" hips Decided to keep for now. Had it for a long time.
