90's oversized floral button down cotton blouse

This is a vintage item from 90's mall staple, County Seat. This store isn't even around anymore. The shirt is in great condition and complete with shoulder pads! It features an asymmetrical hi-lo hem (longer in back) and rolled sleeves with a breast pocket.
