90s millennium New Years themed knit cardigan vintage

Very cool 1999 Heirloom Collectibles Happy New Millenium black knit cardigan. New Years motif features embroidered balloons, metallic threading, black sequins. words and sequins and matching buttons up the front. Fabric is 54% Ramie, known for its ability to retain shape, and 43% Cotton. Stitched in shoulder pads are easily removable if unwanted but they compliment the slouchy drop shoulder so well. Embroidered button fastenings down the front, boxy cut. Please note a few loose threads as pictured - otherwise great vintage condition! [measurements] Shoulders: 24 in Chest: 45 in Sleeve: 19 in Length: 23 in !Please note! when buying vintage that these items are pre-loved! Isn’t that cute?
