90s does 60s flower power hot shorts / booty pants. Lightweight green & floral cotton with a 1960s inspired retro all over flower pattern in teal, pink, yellow & poppy red. Can be rolled or cuffed at edges. Label is ELLE. Marked size 10 and fit true. Fabric has some stretch (they are 2% spandex). No flaws. Waist measures 16 inches 13 inches long from waistband to seam 17.5 inches across hips 10 inch rise Leg openings are 12 inches
