90’s crushed velvet mini dress in navy blue

This dress is body-con, with a bit of stretch, adjustable straps and SO flattering on! Love the 90’s vibes it brings 🌛 Worn 2-3 used with minimal wear so like new quality! I’d recommend this dress for someone on the shorter side if you’re concerned about the length (I’m 5’2) ☺️
