'90s crushed velvet and mesh midi skirt

This is a very unique vintage '90s skirt. Has a thin crushed velvet top half that goes down to an asymmetrical hem and the bottom half is mesh. Has a slit on one side to show off your leg. Stretchy material. Never washed or wore. This still has original price tag on it. There are some snags in the mesh see pics *note the pics were taken under a bright light. They aren't that noticable under normal lighting. Measurements taken upon request. True to size. Hits about upper calf on me (I'm 5'9).
